Experience the charm and elegance of Georgian England when King George III first took to Weymouth’s waters in 1789, establishing our beautiful resort as the premier destination for royal sea-bathing. This family-friendly event brings history to life with period costumes, fun games, and a chance to follow King George’s tradition of dipping a toe in Weymouth’s refreshing seawater! We’ll also be announcing the winners of the ‘Postcards to the King’ competition!
